BC Activity Work Order

This article will show you how to process an Activity Work Order (WO). An activity WO has a Posting Type set to None, with no Output Lines. This type of work order is mainly used to record the time spent on an activity. There is typically only a consumption of labor. You are not moving the plants and there is no output.

An example could be a Checking activity in which you are checking on the condition of your plants and are only looking to record the amount of time that was spent on the activity.

Create an Activity Work Order

  1. Select the labor line from the Activity Scheme area of your job card.

  2. In the fast tab ribbon, select Functions > Create Document.

  3. To open the WO, select Functions > Show Document.

  4. In the General FastTab, populate/validate the following fields:

    1. Date: This is the date the tasks from the Work Order took place.

    2. Quantity: Number of active plants on the Job.

  5. In the Consumption FastTab, you will want to validate the Quantity field for each of your consumption lines.

    1. Type = Labor: Enter the number of Hours worked on this activity by an employee(s).

    2. Type = Item: Enter the quantity of the item consumed during this activity.

If you are consuming a Lot Tracked Item you may notice that at least one item line has an icon to the right that looks like a piece of paper with a pencil. This signals that this item requires a Lot Reservation. Please see https://365cannabis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/3CBC/pages/604372997 document.

  1. Select Process > Approve and Post on the ribbon to post your work order.
