Introduction
There is vocabulary associated with 365 Cannabis that is specific to this system. This document is meant to introduce you to some of that vocabulary and give you some equivalent terms, when applicable, that you might use in your organization.

Activity schemes | Consists of individual activities that allow you to manage, per phase, the labor and materials you will use for cultivating plants. Activity schemes are everything going into the job like labor and materials. |

Asset classes | An asset class is a group of securities that behaves similarly in the marketplace. The three main asset classes are equities or stocks, fixed income or bonds, and cash equivalents or money market instruments. |

Assets (fixed and current) (FA, CA)
| Current assets (CA) are those that will be converted to cash within one year. Typically, this could be cash, inventory, or accounts receivable. Fixed assets (FA) are long-term and will likely provide benefits to a company for more than one year, such as real estate, land, or major machinery. |

Balance sheet (BS) | A financial report that summarizes a company's assets (what it owns), liabilities (what it owes), and the owner or shareholder equity at a given time. |

Capacity | The production capabilities of a work center. |

Card | Contains detailed information about a particular data point. Examples are an Item or Customer card. These contain all the details about the specific entry you select to view. |

Clienteling | An extension to the POS that adds a new "customer-in-store" experience to the POS. Using the Clienteling view, store staff can engage with the customer and navigate items similarly to what the customer is used to in web stores. |

Dimensions | These can be assigned to entries to make it easier to track and categorize where entries come from. These can make it easier to track data without doing something like setting up a separate chart of accounts for each entry type. You can add multiple dimensions depending on what you want to track and how granular you want your data to be. |

Items | These are the materials that you use to run the day-to-day operations of your business. These can be items you produce or use in the process of your production. |

Jobs | Jobs are the complete set of cultivation tasks that will describe the entire lifecycle of plants. There are two main types of jobs in 365 Cannabis: MotherStock job- output will be URC plant items. Clone/seed/tissue culture jobs- Output will be bulk wet flower. |

Labor standard preferences | How long the system thinks it takes you to do an activity. The values are used for work order and labor planning. These are used as default times in the system when work orders are assigned to people. They will also be used for any projected costs and time when planning. |

Move Time | The time that it takes to move the lot (production order) to the next operation’s Work Center. E.g. Time spent moving from a CO2 extraction unit to a bottling station. The Time calculated for Move Time is dependent on the quantity produced on your production order. If you enter 15 minutes and are producing 100 grams, NAV will multiply 15 x 100 = 150 minutes. NAV will account for 150 minutes for the move time. |

Normal Mode | POS Normal mode refers to a state which a superuser is in running the POS without activating the design mode. |

Output item preferences | Whenever you want an Item (OG Kush Mother Stock) to then output an Item (OG Kush Clones) and you want the system to default all of those, you must create an Output Item Preference. Here we will register what will become the item at the end of the Production Phase, the configuration will go into the work order as an Output (you can change this list at any time). |

Permission Set | This grants a user access to specific information or areas of the system. |

Plangroups | These will be used by the system to create the Job automatically when you use the Forecast tools. Choose how you want to forecast and what items that will appear in the Forecast. |
