BC Work Orders

Work Order (WO)– A WO is a document that gets processed from within a cultivation job to record the consumption of raw materials, time spent on an activity, plants being scrapped from the job, associate plant IDs and lot numbers to the job, specify where the plants are located within your grow as well as logging movements of plants throughout your grow.

WOs usually get assigned to individual cultivation employees to let them know the tasks for which they are responsible.

There are different types of WOs used to document all cultivation activities. They are as follows:

·         Job Start WO

·         Activity WO

·         Transfer WO

·         Output WO

All WO types include a General FastTab (section) for the Date on which the work was performed and the number of plants that were ‘touched’ or ‘affected’ by the WO.
