Unblock a Member Account
There are a lot of reasons you might want to unblock a member account. This will depend on your organization’s policies, but you can follow the steps in this document if you ever do need to unblock a member account.
Prerequisites:
Select Customer Add/Edit.
Search for the member that needs to be unblocked. Once you’ve populated the data piece to search for, click on Search on the right-hand side.
NOTE: Refer to Searching for a Member for instructions.Once the Member is on the Member Contact Management page, select Unblock to unblock the member.
NOTE: The Blocked next to the customer account number will be gone.If you scroll to the bottom of the member contact management page, you will see the member is no longer blocked and the reason is cleared out.
