Adding Comments to a Member Account

365 Cannabis does provide an option for adding comments to a client card Follow the instructions here to add comments to a specific member’s account.

Prerequisites:

Search for a member

  1. With the customer/member populated in the POS transaction, select Patient History.

  2. Choose New Comment to add a comment onto the Customer/Member.

  3. This will bring up an on-screen keyboard.  Enter the comment you want to add.

  4. Press Enter when done.

  5. This will bring up the comment screen, showing the comment you just added with the date.

  6. Press Close to get back to the customer/member history.

  7. Press Ok to close the customer/member details.
