Editing a Doctor

If you live in a state with medicinal cannabis, you may need to edit information about the doctor who prescribed the medication to the customer. This document will show you how to edit the doctor’s information.

Note: Not all clients will need this

Prerequisites:

Creating a Doctor

1. Select Customer Add/Edit.

2. Locate the Doctor ID field and click on the icon that looks like a keyboard or the description Doctor ID.

3. This will bring up a list of all the doctors that have been entered into the system.

4. Highlight the doctor we need to edit from the list and select Edit Doctor.
   
   

   Open

   

5. This will open the Doctor Card.  Update the fields that are no longer correct ensuring that all the information on the card is per your companies’ policies. 

6. Press Ok once all the fields have been completed.
