Retrieve Order to Pay

After an order has been placed and fulfilled, you’ll need to pull the order up at the point of sale (POS). This document will show how to retrieve an order that is ready for payment.

  1. Select Orders Ready for Payment from the POS.

  2. Highlight the customer/member from the list.

  3. Press Retrieve to pull the customer/member onto the transaction.
