BC17.64.0.16 Release Review
Introduction
Testing started on 10/28/22 including full regression testing for Core functionality.
This release was pushed live for our BC17 environments on 11/3/22.
Purpose
This document describes new product functionality, improvements to existing functionality, and bug fixes and will list specific changes included in this cumulative update. If training or additional support is needed, please get in touch with your account manager.

New features
Label Templates – Users now can set up label templates that will specify labels to print for different documents. Users may also specify label templates on the item card if the label selection is dependent on the type of item. This functionality must first be enabled on the Integration Dashboard before it can be utilized.
Improvements
Canadian Excise Tax EDN60 UOM Conversion – The user can distinguish the THC level unit of measure on the lot card. The tax calculation will now use the THC unit of measure to properly calculate the taxes due for items subject to the EDN60 rule for extracts.
Fixes
Harvest Weight Validation – Errors relating to blank METRC plant IDs on harvest weight fields have been resolved for those items not integrated with METRC.
Output Quantity Harvest Weight – When the harvest weight for each tracking ID is entered, the output line quantity will update to reflect the total harvest weight for all plants.
Scan Harvest Function – The user can select the Scan Harvest function on the work order harvest output line to enter the harvest weight for each tracking ID.
Follow-Up Job Default State License – The follow-up job header will inherit the default state license number of the initial job.
Health Canada Type – The Health Canada Type field is now visible and editable on the Reason Code page.
Actual Quantity on Job – When a plant is scrapped on a work order the Actual Qty (Base) on the job header will update to reflect active plants on the job.
Item/State Integration – Errors received when attempting to send/update an item in METRC from the item/state integration page have been resolved.
NOTE: there are required fields that must contain certain data to properly integrate the item in METRC.METRC Package Transaction Export – Users are now able to export package transactions to text files using the Export File action button on the METRC Package Transaction page.
