SaaS BC Assign QC Tests to Items
Once you have your QC Test created, assign it to the items that will be using that test for QC Testing.
Go to the item card for the item and expand the Replenishment FastTab.
Assign the QC Test Code to the item.
Enter QC test results for a lot number of this item and upload the document that you received from the testing facility.
From the item card, click on Lot Numbers on the Ribbon.
Select the lot number that was tested from the list of lot numbers showing and click on the Create QC Test button on the ribbon. This will create a QC Test that will show up in the Fact Box on the right side of your screen.
To enter the results of the QC Test, click the drop-down arrow next to QC Tests and click on View.
Enter the results from the QC Test document into the Answers fields and then click Register. This will update the status to Passed or Failed.
Next, you can import your QC Test document as a backup of your QC test results. Do this by clicking Import in the Fact Box section on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the file that you want to import, select the Type of document being imported and click Close.
If you click on Attachments in the Enhanced Information section of the Fact Box, you will see the document(s) that have been imported into this lot number.Double click on the document to view the document.
