Introduction

Use the below template to import quality control (QC) test results.

Prerequisites

• Set up QC tests.

  • Verify the appropriate QC test has been assigned to the item.

Template

Procedure

1. Download the above QC Import Template.

2. Replace the headers on your import file so they match the Description field for each Question line on your QC test.

   1. The template has been prepopulated, for our example, to match our QC test Description. Your system may be set up with different values. Please verify that the headers on your final import file match the Description field under the Questions area in the Lines FastTab of your QC Test Card.

3. Enter the Lot No. you want to import and populate all other required information for each QC test result.

   1. This function requires that the appropriate QC Test be assigned to the items you want to import.

4. Navigate to the Lot No. Information List in your system and select the option to Import Generic QC Results from Excel.

5. Select the import file you created.

6. You should receive a verification message that your QC test instances were created.
