SaaS BC Create Quality Control Test

How to set up a new QC test:

1. Search for QC Test List, and select the appropriate option from the results.

2. Select +new to create a new QC test.

3. Enter a code and description for your new QC test.

4. Select Lot No. Information for the Table field.

5. In the Related Information section:

   1. Select Item No. in the Item No. Field. (You can get access to the list by clicking on the … button at the right end of the field.)

   2. Populate the Get Lot No. From field.

   3. Select the Field Name.

6. In the On Pass section, type in PASS in the Status Field.

7. In the On Fail section, type in FAILED in the Status Field.

8. In the Questions section, specify how many questions are required for the QC Test and what Type of entry is required. (i.e. number, Yes/No, Text, Date, Time)

   1. Number would be used if there is a numerical result required for a pass or fail for that line.

   2. Yes/No would be used if an answer was required that was Yes or no with no middle ground.

   3. Text Only would be if the answer required was a comment, note, color, etc.

   4. Date would be used if you needed to enter the date that the test was completed and you are entering the results at a later date.

   5. Time would be used if you needed to enter the time that the test was completed and you are entering the results at a later time.

9. Give the question a Description.

10. Enter a Quantified Label Selection.

11. Select a Label Specification.

12. Select the Lot Potency Calculation.

13. In the Criteria section, specify what criteria are required for a Passed status to be met. This must be completed for every question.
