Field Visibility Enhancements for Reporting and Analysis

🧾 Introduction
In response to reporting and usability requests, new fields and filters have been made available in core areas of 365 Cannabis. This guide explains where these fields appear, how to access them, and what they enable users to do more efficiently, particularly for production, purchasing, item tracking, and financial dimensions.

🔍 Instructions
Job Card Incl. Lots Report
Go to Report Layout Selection.
Ensure 70689620 uses the correct custom layout.
Run report → confirm Search Description is included.
Items List Page
Navigate to Items.
Verify Qty. on Purchase Order column appears.
If not, use Personalize to add it.
Item Ledger Entries
Navigate to Item Ledger Entries.
Add fields via Personalization if not visible:
Harvest Date
Expiration Date
Packed On Date
Assign Item Charges
From a purchase receipt, go to Process → Assign Item Charges → Get Receipt Lines.
Use Personalization to expose the Posting Date.
Fixed Asset List
Navigate to Fixed Assets.
Add columns via Personalization for:
Shortcut Dimensions 1–8
Filters can now be applied directly.
Production Orders (Planned → Finished)
On each list page, ensure Description 2 is visible or add it via Personalization.
