Restore Inactive Tracking IDs

If you accidentally made some tracking IDs inactive and you wish to reactivate them, follow these steps:

1. Search for Job Mutation Journal.

2. In the journal, select the job and set the Posting Type to positive.

3. Enter the Production Phase that the plant is in by clicking the drop-down next to the phase field. A box will pop up that shows what the actual Quantity (Base) is. This is the number of active plants on the job that you entered.

4. Click on the drop-down for the position field and select the position that you wish to reactivate the tracking id(s) to and click OK.

5. Enter the quantity that you wish to reactivate in the quantity field. (You will notice that the Tracking IDs icon will appear on the ribbon when you enter the quantity)

6. Select Tracking IDs on the ribbon.

7. Click on Select Tracking IDs.

8. Select Post.

9. You should get the message that the job mutation journal lines have been posted successfully. Your tracking IDs should now be reactivated.
