Cultivation Jobs
A job in 365 Cannabis is the term we use for the processes related to cultivating plants.
Jobs can be used to track
Plant jobs will follow plants through their entire lifecycle. As the cultivation manager, you will plan and create jobs in the system to track all the plants in your facility.
Jobs consist of Production Schemes and Activity schemes. You will assign work orders (WO) to your employees to complete tasks for the daily care of the plants. Some WOs will have an output but not all.
Two main types of jobs:
MS job
Process for creating unrooted cuttings (URC) from an MS plant.
Tracks the MS plant throughout its entire lifecycle.
The output will be URC items and waste.
Clone/seed/tissue culture job
Tracks the plant from the time it is planted until it is harvested.
The output will be bulk wet flower and waste.
What makes up a job
Jobs consist of two distinct parts:
Production schemes
Activity schemes
Much of this information will be set up during the initial implementation of your 365 Cannabis system, but you can always add information or make changes to these as needed.
Production schemes describe the lifecycle of the plants. They contain information like the amount of time the plants will spend in propagation, vegetation, and flowering.
Important fields on production schemes are:
Locations
Genus codes
Resources
Production phases
Activity schemes contain information about when specific tasks are to be completed. Examples include:
Planting
Checking
Pruning
Tagging
After you create a job, you’ll need to assign tasks to people or groups of people through work orders. From there, you’ll want to track the progress on work orders to make sure all the tasks associated with the job are completed.
Users can set up panels with all the buttons you need on your home screen. 365 Cannabis comes with a number of panels that users can set up so that they see the buttons they need right on their homepage.
Work orders
Work orders are the main way that cultivation technicians will interact with 365 Cannabis. They’ll be responsible for completing tasks that are assigned through the work order.
Examples of work orders
Work orders are your everyday tasks that get assigned through the system. Work orders can be assigned to individual employees or to teams. They can include things like:
Cutting clones
Watering
Trimming
Inspecting
Harvesting
And more
Processing a work order
Once you set up the appropriate role center, you will have a button on your home screen for work orders. Select the work order button to view the work orders that have already been created and released.
You can apply a filter to only see the work orders assigned to you.
When you open a work order you’ll see the task lines that describe the tasks that you are to complete that day.
