Introduction

This document details recording waste in both Cultivation and Production.

Instructions

1. Open the Cannabis Setup page.

On the Cannabis Setup, we have added a new section for Waste. Here we can specify what the generic Production and Cultivation waste items are. You may need to go to the Item List to create generic “Plant Waste” items. This will allow us to record the amount of waste against this item record for traceability.

Recording Waste in Cultivation

1. Use the Mobile Destruction or Harvest process.

2. Enter a Waste Weight amount.

3. Press OK.

Reviewing Cultivation Waste

This is then visible from the Mobile Stock Lines page (Waste Weight has been added) and you can see the Item Ledger Entries for the generic waste item which we can then process.

Reviewing Item Ledger Entries:

Item Ledger Entries are then associated with the Tracking ID in the Lot No field.

Recording Waste – Production

By specifying the Production Waste Item on the Cannabis Setup page, we can then collect Waste when processing Production Orders.

1. Open Production Order.

2. Select the Item in the Lines section (as there could be multiple products being made against this Production Order) that we are recording waste against.

3. Press Line > Collect Waste.

4. The following page will then open. Enter the waste amount and press OK.

Reviewing Waste - Production

Once the Production Order has been processed, this will then output Item Ledger Entries for that Production Waste Item from the Cannabis Setup table.

Waste Item Quick Report

1. Search for Quick Reports.

2. Select Destruction Report from the list.

3. Select Show Report. This will show you the report that shows what tracking ids were scrapped, when they were scrapped, etc.
