SaaS BC Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Integrated pest management (IPM) is a crucial part of a cannabis grow operation. 365 Cannabis can track and manage IPM activities through the same jobs.   

Using separate jobs to manage IPM allows you to manage your cultivation sites by area instead of by plant. This is good for situations where you may have plants at different stages of growth, and on different jobs, in the same area.  

Prerequisites

Set up:

• Activities

• Locations

• Production Preferences

Procedure

You must have set up the activities that you want to complete related to IPM before you can use a cultivation job to manage this in your 365 Cannabis system.

1. Search for Production Plan.

2. Populate the following fields:

   1. Planning Group - We suggest that you set up a specific planning group for the different types of tasks that you’ll complete such as cultivation or IPM.

   2. Customer - You can set up different customers based on your locations, sections, or the types of tasks you want to complete.

   3. Vendor

   4. Location

3. Select Get Data.

4. Verify that the Item No., Description, and Genus Code populate with the appropriate information.

5. In the Time Line fasttab, select the starting date for the job.

6. Select Release from the ribbon.
   
   Now the job will appear on your Cultivation Jobs List.
