Parameters

In the Parameters fasttab of the Area Planning Graph page, you can select some different options for selecting the data you would like to view on the graph. Options include:

  • Position Code - This is the location for where the system will pull data.

    • When you are selecting a position, you can highlight a line and select Up or Down from the ribbon to choose a specific section or subsection within that location.

  • Show per - Determines the time scale on the X-axis.

  • Show from - Starting date for the graph.

  • No. of Periods - The number of units (such as weeks) that will be displayed.

  • Color Scheme - Use this field to separate data by color on the graph.

  • Job Status - View different jobs based on their status.

Enter all the information you would like to see displayed on the graph and then select New > Refresh Chart.

Area Planning Fasttab

The area planning fasttab shows the actual graph for the criteria you enter above.

The Y-axis shows the capacity for the position that you selected in the Position code field.

The X-axis shows the dates based on the criteria you select in the Show per and Number of Periods fields.

Area Planning Overview

The area planning overview table is very similar to the area planning graph. You can apply similar filters to the last page and then select Get Data. This table will show you more of the data behind the graphs that we looked at in the last section.
