BC Cultivation Items

BC Cultivation Items

Introduction

Creating an item for cultivation follows the same basic steps as any other item. (See create an item), but there are some special rules for cultivation items:

You need to create a minimum of three items per strain. A good practice is to start the item name with the strain name and then include some item details. e. g.:

  • Blue Dream Mother Stock

  • Blue Dream Production Plant or Clones

  • Blue Dream Wet Bulk flower

  • Blue Dream Seeds (if needed)

You can use just one item for the waste that can be used with every strain:

  • Waste – This one is normally already created in 365 Cannabis.

Figure 1 shows an example of a set of cultivation items in the item list.

Once you have created a main item group (e.g. one for each strain) you can assign each item you create to the main item group. That will automatically sort the item List by that when you open it.

Adding New Plant Items

You can add new items from your Items list by selecting +New in your ribbon.

NOTE: If you are adding items for a new strain then first you may want to create the Main Item Group. To do this, select Is Main Group on the item card.

Figure 2 shows the item card for the main item group with Is Main Group selected.
