BC Create a No. Series for Crop Treatments

Much like Jobs, the system will assign a number to crop treatments and templates.  This means that there must be a Number Series designated.  It is recommended that you create a Number Series for the Crop Treatments and the Crop Treatment Templates.

1. Search for No. Series and select the option you need from the menu.

2. Select New on the Home Ribbon.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Enter a Code and Description for the new No. Series.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Select Navigate > Lines on the Home ribbon to open the No. Series Lines.

5. Enter a Starting No. in the Starting No. column of the “Edit – No. Series Lines” card.

   Open

   

6. Select OK to close the Edit No. Series Lines card.

7. Be sure that Default Nos. has a checkmark for the new No. Series so that the system knows to use the No. Series you created and default for the Crop Treatment or Crop Treatment Template when you create new.

   1. If you want to allow Manual record numbers, then put a checkmark in the Manual Nos. column.

8. Select OK.
