BC Output Item Preferences
Introduction
Outputs in Cultivation are registered through output-type work orders. Output work orders are defined as activities that result in creating inventory of a specific item. Whenever you want an item (Blue Dream Mother Stock) to output another specific item (Blue Dream Clones) by default, you must create an Output Item Preference. Here we will show you how to register what the Output Item will default to for output activity work orders.
You can change this list at any time.
Prerequisites
Activity Scheme setup
For an Activity Scheme that will generate an output, on the activity scheme card, in the General FastTab, the Output Planning field should be set to Per Activity. This setting will allow for more flexibility with output planning.

Go to the Output Item Preferences list.
You’ll then see a list of your output item preferences.
Create a new entry by selecting +New in the ribbon.
Populate the following fields:
Production Item No.
Activity Code
Type - Use Replace Item Only.
Output Item No.
Example:
A mother stock plant after cutting will output a production plant (clone) and a production plant (clone) after harvest will output bulk wet flower. When taking cuttings from a Blue Dream Mother Plant, you are adding to your inventory of Blue Dream Clones. The system records this by outputting clone Items during a Cutting activity based on the output item preferences outlined below.
