BC Activities
In this article
Introduction
Activities are the individual tasks that will make up your activity schemes. Think of activities as the actual work that will be assigned on a work order from a job such as Planting, Pruning, or Harvest. Activities are required on Activity Schemes.
Create an Activity
Search for Cultivation Activities.
Your 365 Cannabis system should come with several standard activities. To create a new activity, select +New in the ribbon.
Provide a Code and a Description for the new activity and fill out any other fields you require.
Select a Work Order Posting Type. This will determine if there is a result line on your work order.
Transfer- should be assigned to record the movement of the plants, or to print plant labels.
None - should be assigned if there is no movement.
Output boolean. This will determine if your work order has an output line.
This boolean should be checked if the activity produces an output item. Example: Harvest or Cutting.
Exit the page and the new activity will save automatically.
Note: You will need to assign Labor Standard Preferences to any new activity you add to the system. You can do this by selecting the line for the new activity and then selecting Labor Standard Preferences from the header ribbon.
