BC Planning Groups

  1. Search for Planning Group List and select the appropriate option from the list.

  2. Select +New to add a new planning group.

  3. In the General FastTab, populate the following fields:

    1. Code

    2. Description

    3. Planning Direction: Forward

    4. Customer Filter: Typically Internal

    5. Vendor Filter: Typically Internal

    6. Location Filter: Populate with Cultivation Location.

    7. Item Is: Base Material Item

    8. Toggle the switch to on for Allow Calculate Plan

  4. In the Items fastTab you’ll see a list of all the items that belong to that planning group.

    1. Add new items as needed by selecting Manage > New Line. Populate the line with the Item No.

Note: You can also use the Get Lines function on the ribbon to apply filters to your item list and add all items that match your criteria, such as all items with Item Category of CLONE or MS.

  1. Close the planning group card.
