Introduction to Items
Items are part of your master records. Information about items will be used when completing many different processes in the system. This document will show you all the required fields on the item card when using the different modules of the system.
Cards are a place in the system where you can find details about a specific item, customer, vendor, and more. This document will give a brief explanation of all the fields on the item cards and the area of the system where that field may be required.
The modules are:
· CUL - Cultivation
· RET – Retail
· MFG – Manufacturing
· DIS – Distribution
· FIN – Finance
· CRM – Customer Resource Management
Navigate to the Item List and Create a New Item
Search for Items and select the appropriate option from the menu or select the Items option from the top of your role center.
To add a new item, select + New in the ribbon.
To view the details on your item card, select the item you’d like to view or edit, select the vertical ellipses, and select Edit.
Fill in all the important fields on the item card.
